Description:

Function that updates the URL displayed by WebPage control (mac & win).


Parameters:
WindowId	The reference ID to the window that has the WebPage control.
NewURL	New URL that is going to be set for the WebPage control.
Reserved	Reserved for internal use. Should be blank.
